From early 2013 to mid 2015, I tracked my swimming stats using a Garmin Swim watch. This helped track progress against my Swim 365 km goal and my training for my Swim 3 Lakes in 3 Days challenge.
I stopped tracking at this level of detail after one of my coaches correctly observed I was more focussed on stopping and starting my watch than “swimming to the wall.” Thanks for that Bartek.
